Do you offer financing options?

If you do not have medical aid. Use cash instead. A deposit is required in order to process your glasses and a 3 month lay bye is allowed.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

If the Doctor is not to busy, we will be able to schedule your appointment but you as a patient are required to stick to your appointment. A message will be sent by our system to remind you.

Will my medical aid cover my visit?

As per standard rules of the practice a patient is require to give us all relevant information according to their medical aid, we will check for benefits then inform you on how we will proceed forward.
